James Ferguson Racing

Mise En Scene wins the Prestige Stakes (Group 3) and Snowalot provides a double.

Mise En Scene provided the James Ferguson yard with their first group race victory on the 28th August 2021 when winning the Prestige Stakes at Goodwood, group 3. The filly is owned by Qatar Racing Limited and she was given a super ride by champion jockey Oisin Murphy.

The pair broke well and were in a handy position on the rail throughout the race. Favorite, Daneh, went a few lengths clear in the closing stages. However, Murphy pulled the filly out from the rail and she picked up impressively, showing grit and determination to win convincingly.

The last race on the cards, a competitive 1m6f handicap, saw Snowalot victorious for owner K K Bon. The progressive son of Camelot won gamely under a great ride from Dan Muscutt. This win provided the James Ferguson team with their first ever double.

Congratulations to both owners, Qatar Racing and K K Bon, and a huge thank you for their support. Well done to all the team at home on what was a truly super Saturday.
